PORTABLE HOMES SUPPLIED ACROSS NEW ZEALAND
Welcome to Portable Dwellings. We’re a New Zealand portable and container home supplier, helping Kiwis add living space with clear, upfront pricing.
Since 2023, we’ve delivered over 50 homes to sites across the country — used as sleepouts, home offices, guest accommodation, rentals, staff housing and full-time living. Our range covers portable homes, expandable homes, container homes, cabins and glass-fronted models in 20ft, 30ft and 40ft sizes, with optional off-grid solar.
The electrical cabling in every home we deliver carries a Supplier Declaration of Conformity (SDoC). You choose the layout and finishes, and we confirm the full specification in writing before any deposit.
We keep things clear from the first conversation: itemised, GST-inclusive pricing and delivery quoted to your actual site. Contact us with your layout and site location and we’ll send a fixed quote.
What comes with your home
Standard homes use EPS panels, with NZ lab-tested R-2.72 available as an optional PIR upgrade. Electrical cabling carries an SDoC. Add a gable roof, deck, cladding or interior upgrades to suit your site.
Clear, itemised pricing
Every quote is GST-inclusive and itemised line by line, with a simple 40% deposit and the balance on delivery. We quote delivery to your site upfront, so your fixed quote reflects the real delivered cost — backed by 10-year after-sales support, with spare parts supplied at manufacturer price.
