PORTABLE HOMES BUILT FOR NEW ZEALAND
Welcome to Portable Dwellings. We’re a New Zealand portable and container home supplier, helping Kiwis add living space without the cost and wait of a traditional build.
Since 2023, we’ve delivered homes to sites across the country — used as sleepouts, home offices, guest accommodation, rentals, staff housing and full-time living. Our range covers portable homes, expandable homes, container homes, cabins and glass-fronted models in 20ft, 30ft and 40ft sizes, with optional off-grid solar.
Every home is made for New Zealand conditions, with electrical installed to NZ standards and a Supplier Declaration of Conformity provided where applicable. You choose the layout and finishes, and we confirm the full specification in writing before any deposit.
We keep things clear from the first conversation: itemised, GST-inclusive pricing and delivery quoted to your actual site. Contact us with your layout and site location and we’ll send a fixed quote.
Built for NZ conditions
Our homes use insulated panels and double-glazed joinery for year-round comfort, with electrical installed to NZ standards and an SDoC provided where applicable. Add a gable roof, deck, cladding or interior upgrades to suit your site and climate.
Clear, itemised pricing
Every quote is GST-inclusive and itemised line by line, with a simple 40% deposit and the balance on delivery. We quote delivery to your site upfront, so your fixed quote reflects the real delivered cost — backed by 10-year after-sales support.
