The Cabin — Portable Sleepout & Studio from $23,500 incl. GST
The Cabin is a compact 13m² portable cabin (2.2m × 5.8m × 2.2m) — a practical, well-built space for a sleepout, studio, home office, guest room or site cabin.
Inside, you’ll find:
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- Underfloor insulation for added comfort
A self-contained cabin, ready to connect
Self-contained here means the essentials are already inside when it arrives: a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and underfloor insulation. Your own builder sets it on piles and connects water, power and waste on your site; we supply the drawings.
Use it as a sleepout for family or guests, a studio or home office, or a site cabin. Trailer option available — ask in your quote.
The Cabin does not include heat-recovery ventilation; that comes standard on our 20ft, 30ft and 40ft homes.
Do you rent or hire out cabins?
No. We sell The Cabin outright; we don’t offer cabins for rent or hire.
Customise the exterior walls and floor with over 30 colour options to suit your site.
