NZ-wide delivery
We transport homes NZ-wide using a Hiab truck, crane lift where required, full positioning on site, and advice on piles and foundation requirements. Transit insurance is included for every delivery.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need building consent?
It depends on your site, foundation type and intended use, and rules differ between councils. Under the 2026 rules a standalone dwelling of 70m² or less may not need a building consent if the conditions are met, but the Building Code still applies and you must notify your council and obtain a PIM. We recommend checking with your local council, and we can help tailor the home to suit.
Can I customise the layout?
Yes — interiors, doors, walls, bathrooms and flooring can be customised.
Is plumbing and electricity included?
Yes — electrical is installed to NZ standards (SDoC provided), and plumbing is installed ready for connection on site.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is based on distance. Typical 20ft deliveries start from $2,200–$4,000, confirmed by your site.
Can this home be set up for off-grid use?
Yes — it can be paired with our solar and battery packages. Final system sizing depends on your appliances, daily usage, site conditions and backup requirements.
